I suffer with athritis, so is there a way to program one key that will

Well Richard I don't have arthritis in my hands but I do have
osteoarthritis in my hips and I can sympathize with your pain. In fact,
I recently underwent complete hip replacement. Not fun. But I also hate
having to type my email address over and over so I did a little
research and found this free program.
Go to
http://www.autohotkey.com/download/ and click the autohotkey
link. After you install it open the autohotkey help file and read the
tutorial (quick start). All you need to do is create a script and edit
it as it is shown in the "Sending keystrokes and mouse clicks"
section.
I modified the script as:
#e::
Send
[email protected]
return
You can put your email address in where I have
[email protected] and
after you save the file, double click it and it will run in your tool
tray. Now whenever there is a flashing cursor in a box you want to type
your email address, all you need to do is press the Windows key and the
"e" key and POOF, your email address is in there. I love it.
