use Outlook for Hotmail mangement

How do I change my default email to go to Outlook instead
of the msn home page for hotmail? Any help will be
appreciated.

What default e-mail client is listed under the Programs tab for Internet
Options?

what version of outlook? if ol2002/2003, create an HTTP account. Other
versions don't support Hotmail without 3rd party addins.
