Use resource scheduling to remove canceled appointment in outlook.

Is there a way to have a canceled appointment automatically removed from an
Outlook 2003 calendar when you are using Rescource Management? I have an
e-mail account setup for my business that acts as a scheduling device for the
conference room. I have the Resource Management setup to automatically
accept invitations and cancelations, which works great, except that canceled
appointments still remain on the conference room calendar, even though they
show as free time. Is there a way to have Outlook 2003 remove the canceled
event from the calendar automatically?
