use shared workbooks on Web servers

Is there a way to share workbooks on webserver? I need a way where multiple
users can update the workbook online.

Please let me know if any one has a clue.

This is from Excel online help: (Features that are unavailable in shared
workbooks): "You cannot use shared workbooks on Web servers."
