use subform? multi-layered inventory DB

I am trying to deploy many PC devices across a several large organizations.
I am trying to develop a tracking DB to do this. Each level of the
organization has much contact information, so has a Table for each level
(Company, Building, Department, Room). What might be the "best practice" to
develop a Data Entry Form for the input of devices and their location.

Company Table
Building Table
Department Table
Room Table
Device Table

I have considered Master-Child Subforms, but that seems like to unwieldly to
have so many layers.
