Use Win xp-HE with MSoft 2000 and want to get frontpage...where?
used win 98se & had frontpage on it!

You are referring to an old FrontPage Express (a stripped down version of FP
97) which is obsolete and no longer supported. It doesn't come with Windows
XP.

You need to purchase the latest edition of FP 2003 from your favorite online
store or local software store.
