Its a reference to a different worksheet to the one the formula is on, The
'!' is just what the Microsoft programmers chose to identify it.
In a worksheet, say Sheet1, a formula like =A1 will return the value of A1,
if you require the formula to return the value of A1 in Sheet2 then
=Sheet2!A1
In your case the formula refers to cell N32 in a worksheet called 'Labor'
