used/new copy of fp 2003/upgrade anyone?

Hi all,i currently run xp pro and office xp with FP2002 but am
wondering if i could upgrade to 2003. If anyone has a copy they are
selling then please email,,ta

1. It won't work because it's already registered.
2. What if it's need later for a repair / reinstall.
