User account status flips from active to inactive

Hi there.

I have a user listed as a resource. For some reason, the system flips him
to inactive status. This causes a spooler error when I open up my project
and try to save. When the status goes to inactive, it causes all kinds of
problems. I have tried to remove him entirely and re-add him as a user. He
starts out as active, but the system reverts him to inactive later. I do not
know what triggers it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Are you using AD synch? If so, and the user is missing from the synch group,
it will become inactive. One possibility to explore...
