I've noticed that when I install Office 2003, the user account changes from
an Administrator to a Debugger User.
I change it back to administrator, then if I install an Office Service Pack
or update, it
reverts back again from Administrator to Debugger User.
What is the purpose of this? This seems like a flaw to me.
Is Microsoft aware of this?
Is there any way to stop this from happening?
