I cannot switch user accounts .When trying, I get nothing. When doing windows
key + L I get a message Your account is locked, only administrater can unlock
by putting in password. I have tried but cannot workout what password I need.
This is the same trying to switch to and from any account. I have to switch
off the computer to get any other account. This has only recently happened

This doesn't have anything to do with Microsoft Office applications,
miscellaneous or otherwise. It is a security feature of your operating
system. You may try pressing the enter key in the case that the password
is actually blank, or pose your question in one of the groups provided
for the Windows operating system you are using. You will need to reset
the password if you really don't know them.
