User and Group Permissions Properties

Hello,

I'm trying to create users and groups permissions to access but those
properties I created only work in my Access. When I open this same file in
other Access these permissions settings don't apply... How can I work it out?

You can't take shortcute with security. Make a backup first, then you must
follow ALL the steps...
