User And Group Permissions

I've been experimenting with security on my application and I can no longer
access User And Group Permissions, Analyze, User Level-Security Wizard and
more. Makes it a little tough to specify who can access what.

Any suggestion?

It sounds as though you were experimenting with the settings in Tools,
Startup and removed most of the menus. If that's the cause, just hold down
the shiftkey while you open the database to bypass the startup.
