User can see Home Page but not Tasks Page

I have a team member who tells me that she is able to authenticate to PWA
just fine. She sees the Home Page, but when she clicks Tasks, the page just
hangs and the timesheet never loads. Any ideas?

This happened to one of our TM's. The problem was not with project.
Our customer service team (the desktop software group) had to do something
with
the registry settings on the TM's laptop. This person had other errors not
just
problems with project. Prior to the fix, we had the person log onto another
pc and they were able to get to the tasks page; you may want to do this so
you can see if it is the pc.

I ran into the same thing on a machine at one of my clients as well. All the
other machines in their environmnet worked just fine. It was suggested out
here that I reload the Active X controls, which I did several times. In the
end, we ended up rebuilding the PC. The user was pretty much a power user
who loaded alot of software on it to test and play around with. We concluded
it would be cheaper to wipe it clean and reload Windows than to troubleshoot
it.
