user can't accept meeting update and add to calendar - no organize

We have one user out of dozens that for one reoccuring meeting only gets the
message "no organizer" when he clicks to accept. No one else has that problem
and it's only this one meeting. The same assistant sends the same type of
meeting invitation for the same executive daily but doesn't have this
problem. It's been happening for some time now but has just been called to my
attention.

Any ideas on what to look for?
