User Defined Shared Public Folders, Outlook 2000?

I need to find out if it is possible to add shared files or folders to the Outlook Public Folders tree.

Yes, if you have permissions to create the public folders. Just add
permissions for whoever you want at whatever level you want to the
folders after they are created.
