User Function for inserting chart

Hi,

I need to insert a chart with X-axis having Issue Rating as "High", "Medium", "Low". The Y-axis is the numbers.

Since all auditors have their own formatting, I want to standardize this through this function.

Graph type: Column
Coloring: "High" data point - Red
"Medium" data point - Gold
"Low" data point - Sea Green
Title: Number of Issues by Rating

TIA.

Ninad.

Insert an ordinary chart.

Format it the way you want it.

Select it, and then save it into your template as an AutoText entry.

Distribute your template to your colleagues.

Then, whenever they need a chart of that type, they can insert the AutoText
entry, and then open the chart to type or paste their data in.
