User gets attachment error w/ CardScan Program

We use CardScan to scan business cards and sync them with Outlook Contacts.
The process works fine but one user who is not a local admin on her PC gets
an error when she opens a contact that has been pulled from the CardScan
sync program: Cannot save the attachement. You don't have appropriate
permission to perform this operation. Line No:18

The contact does not show the business card image, but she can open the
attachment picture and see the image.

Any idea where to set the permissions?
