User having problems

I've got a user running Win2K SP4 who is receiving the
following error whenever Outlook 97 is opened...

"Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows" The
Dr.Watson log states it is an access error
c0000005.

Steps I've taken...Basically I've uninstalled Office, and reinstalled. I
added the folders one at a time (ended up saving Exchange for last as the
Personal address book, and two personal folders were able to open properly.
As soon as I add the Exchange Mail Server, the error
happens again, and only on that particular PC. When
opened through Remote Desktop, there are no problems.
All settings are the same between the PC and Remote
Desktop. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas!
