User having trouble connecting to project server

Hello,

I have a single user who is receiving this message when trying to
connect to the Project Server via Project Professional:

"You are not authorized to view this page You do not have permission
to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied
because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field
that the Web server is not configured to accept."


He has noted to me that he upgraded to IE7. Anyone know if IE7 causes
this error?
