User in PWA cannot see workspace in main list, but can access dire

Greetings, I did some searches but couldn't find a post on this issue, my
apologies if it has been answered. I have inherited a Project Server and
Sharepoint installation. I have a user who has been synchronized through
active directory, logs-on through Windows Authentication and can access our
main Sharepoint site without issue.

When she moves to the Project Web Access portion, she has been assigned to
three projects. However she can only see two of the them in the initial
list. I've added her as a project manager and only as a project manager to
all three sites so she should have the same view, edit, update permissions on
all three. I thought maybe there were issues with A.D. synchronization as
I've had problems with this before, but I re-added her as a user and
confirmed that the proper login name and credentials are shown.

When I re-added her, the server sent her an email with a direct link to the
site. If she clicks this link she can access the workspace without issue,
but still cannot see it from her main list of projects. Any thoughts or
ideas of whats going on there?

Thanks
Brian

Gary,

In answer to your questions. I went into the Project Center, clicked the
project to add her to, clicked build team and added her from the user list.
She has not been assigned to a published task yet as her job was to start
adding tasks for people to work on.

Interestingly enough, when she came back this morning, she could now see all
three projects successfully, so maybe there was some refresh cycle or browser
cache issue going on?

Thanks
Brian

Brian:

There is a queue job cycle and this type of synchronizing takes a back seat
to more important jobs like project saving and assignment publishing. So, a
delayed reaction is typical. Also understand that when you add someone to
the team, they get read-only rights. When you publish their first
assignment, they will get contributor rights.
