User Info on Installation startup

Hi. Im new to the board, but I recently got a copy of
Microsoft Office 2000 Professional from a local retailer,
and it ends up, when I install, all it asks for is the cd
key, not my User name ,business, and e-mail. Is something
wrong? I use Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition.
