user is not adding in the resource pool from Active Directory

Hi,

when the administrator adds the user from the active directory into resource
pool and click on save button then the error is "Invalid Windows Account"
Although the user is new in the company and he can log in his system and
easily working on his system.

but the error is preventing to save the user in the Enterprise Resource Pool
.. and the red alert is the "windows account" which is "domain name\acc.sam".
pls reply this soon.
