User is prompted to login on her computer only

(PWA 2003) I have a user who who is prompted to login on her computer only.
The login dialog doesn't allow access and when the user attempts to navigate
to somewhere in PWA, the window hangs.

I had seen this problem before when someone's Windows password had expired
while they were logged in and this appeared to be the problem when they
logged in to my machine. The user was able to change their password and login
to my machine but still experienced the problem on their own machine.

The user has the Project Server listed as one of their trusted sights. Any
idea as to what the problem may be?

Hi James,

I believe you will need to clear the local password within your operating
system (e.g. windows xp). I had this behaviour in the past with some
customers where the password changed, but the old password was stored in
their local PC profile.
