user license agreement

I just bought a new pc with Vista. Loaded Office Basic 2003 and all went
well I thought. All the programs work, but on each and every launch of any
of the programs I have to agree to the license agreement. Where can I turn
this off? Or what to do?

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start
an Office program
