User License Reappearing

V

Vic

Hi,
I just installed Office 2K SR1, it seems to have no problem in opening
files, but the annoying thing is that the User License Message keeps popping
out every time a new document is open. Accepting it does not stop the message
from coming up again and again. Any suggestion will be really appreciated.
Oh, BTW, HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL, and thanks for all your help.

Vic

Hi Vic,

The most common cause of this is that the License Agreement acceptance tries to write to the Windows Registry. If you're not using
an Administrator login your user profile may not be setup to allow writing the acceptance to that registry.
