User list in Risks log

In the Risks area of Project Web Access, how do you modify the user list that
appears in the "Assigned To" field? I would assume this would be members of
the Team Member group, but I can't get that field to update.

Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Go to Sharepoint and synchronize the site associated with the project
Also, Synchronize the admin accounts. It's worked for me.
