Hi, I am doing some work experience for a company as part of my
certification. At this company there are a number of users getting an error
upon logging in.
It seems that there is some kind of conflict with the login name and first
name.
For example, if I log in with "fra" and there is a user whose first name is
"frank", then when logging on as "fra" I have will have to manually enter my
login "fra" then all is okay. We have hidden the user "frank" and the problem
goes away, however that is not a practical solution. It was just part of the
troubleshooting process. We are using Outlook 2002.
HAs anyone else come accross this? Cheers, Peter.
