i am attempting to change the "this product is licensed
to" name in outlook 2000. removing outlook and re-
installing it didn't change the displayed name, nor did
removing office 2000 entirely from the machine and re-
installing it. the operators name has changed and i would
like to change the name without re-installing the whole
computer from scratch. any ideas would be appreciated.
