Is there a way to allow users to enter pictures on a form?

You need an image control on the form to display the picture. In the form's
current event you need to ask the user for the picture's path and then set
the picture property of the image control to the path.

Tojib,

You really don't want to store pictures in the database, it cause bloating
which will push your database to it's max size very quickly. Try this link
which has MANY samples of how to insert/display images in forms and reports.
