User Project Server 2003 with MAPI

Hello.

I need to know if I can use a MAPI mail server instead the smtp mail server
to configure Project notifications and reminders

Aaron, thanks for your answer. I know that I can connect to a MAPI Server but
I don’t know how to do it. I find articles in which describes the form to
connect to Project Professional but I didn’t find material where describe how
to configure MAPI server to use PWA notification.

If you find some material please send me.

Hi Luis,

I haven't been able to find anything on this and it would be unlikely that
you would get detailed advice on this forum on setup of your mail server.

Have you already installed Project Server and tried unsuccessfully to
connect to your mail server? If you haven't installed yet, it may be more
effective for you to install Project Server work through configuring the
email.

Have you looked for documentation from the vendor of you email system for
the setup of MAPI clients?
