I have a user on Outlook 2000 w/ SP3, who sent an email to another internal
user. The sender has his Outlook configured so that he requests a read
receipt on all of his emails. Anyway, one particular is generating numerous
read receipts and its becoming quite annoying. We have had this user delete
any mails pertaining to his original message from his mailbox in addition to
all of the received read receipts. However, he is still getting at least one
read receipt per day.
Does anyone have any ideas on the next steps to resolve this issue? I've
asked the user to disable his read receipt option, but he has not been
helpful in doing so.
TIA,
Ken
