user roles

I am trying to develop an application in which team
members submit thier reports to their manager.I want to
knwo using shaer point and infopath, is there any
permissions settings by which ,when a user submits the
form, the form that is beign saved in form library can
only be accessed by the person who submitted it and by
his manager.

In InfoPath SP1, we have functionality to define User Roles. In the
Designer, look for Tools | User Roles
