User-specified headers

Hi everyone,

I have a letterhead header which contains a title on top + 1'' left margin
for the address. All I am trying to do is to insert this header in a
user-specified page.

For example: if I have a 10 page document, I'd like this header to appear
ONLY on the 3rd, 7th, and 9th page. The rest of the pages should switch to
orginal formatting, i.e WITHOUT the 1'' left margin. Is there a way to do
this? I have to ultimately create a macro that will automatically perform
this function.

I'd appreciate any help, or ideas on this issue.
