I have a user who opens messages and sees the following notification for her
messages:
"You made changes to another copy of this item. This is the most recent
version. Clic khere to see the other versions".
I am being told that this e-mail is read by only one user so there are no
multiple connections to the Exchange server. This happens pretty much to all
her messages.
What is the most likely cause of this error? We suspect that the message are
being cached but are not sure.
Any hint at cause/solution is most appreciated,
