He and I have noticed that this is not currently a field that can be used as
criteria. Would a new message form need to be created in order to accomplish
this, or am I barking up the wrong tree?
I've started to experiment with the Rules and Alert Wizard and noticed that
there is the option to seek based upon a specific form however I've not the
expertise in this area. Any ideas to ramp up quickly?
