Can someone please tell me if you can add a hyperlink in a "ControlTipText"?
If so how. If not why not. Thank you.

You cannot. As mentioned in the name itself this is meant to specify *** text
*** that appears when the user briefly holds the mouse pointer over a control
without clicking.
