UserID and Domain retention in Outlook2002

Hello all...
My whole department just moved to a new facility with new PCs. Out old PCs
used MS Windows 2000 Pro with Outlook, and we were able to have a default
name and domain show up on Outlook login screen, and we only had to type our
password. This procedure does not seem to be the same on Windows XP Pro with
Outlook 2002. Has anyone figure this out yet?
