username in hader (Infopath 2003)

Hi all,
We have made a form, in the form a username and mail and...
with a lot of options offcourse.
we have noticed that it is possible to put a header on the infopath
form and that there are pre-made functions to put in.
We wanted a username in the header because the form has to be printed
out. For the admisnistration it is easier when there is a name on EACH
page.
Can someone help me out?
the form is standerd 2 pages long, possibly 3 or 4 depending on how
much repating sections the user uses.
