I work tech support and have run into a problem I cannot seem to fix. The
username for some user's keeps changing to weird characters. They are using
this to track changes and everytime they go in to track changes they have to
update the username. It keeps changing to random characters. We have tried
a new profile, admin rights for user when changing username, reinstalling
office. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone run into this before and how do i
fix it?
