Username is wrong displayed

It' s only by one user. When he print a mail, at the top of the mail, where
normaly is the username, parts of the DN (Distinguished Name) are printed
instead pf the username. I read a lot of trouble with IE 7? But it's only one
user, the other user have no problems. Any ideas? Thanks for help.
