Hi
I have a user using MS Word XP and when they insert a comment it doesn't
display their username at the start of the comment. I have checked the
tools-options-user information area to make sure if has the username and user
initals set in there which it does. Everywhere I read it says that this is
where you need to put the username so it displays in the comment. If I go to
tracking it shows the username there but they want it to appear in the
comment bubble and the user tells me that it was working fine in the past.
I'm getting no errors in event viewer or on screen so I'm guessing its a
tickbox somewhere that needs to be ticked?...
