I have one user that appears to be having problems communicating with 99.999%
of the users. He is a remote user (as are most of our users) and his
connection appears to be through blugro3relay.groove.microsoft.com while my
communications is through blugro2relay.groove.microsoft.com. He can see one
user online in the company (about 45 users) but everyone else appears to be
offline. I can see that same user online that he can see online.
He is running Office 2007 SP1 and I am running Office 2007 SP1 but he is
running Windows XP and I am running Windows Vista. He was able to see
everyone up until recently but only one person now.
He has run the clean up utility but no change. I sent him a copy of his
original profile when his account was created but same results.
It appears he isn't able to communicate with users on another server at
Microsoft but I haven't yet confirmed that the other users are on the same
server I am on so this may not be valid either.
Any help would be welcome. Any more information I can provide please let me
know.
Thanks.
