Users can not receive e-mail from Outlook 2003.

Seeking answers

All of the users have been migrated to Office 2003 from Office 2000 in the
last month. Since then, majority of the users are not able to recieve their
e-mail unless they log off from Outlook. The settings are correct in the
Send and Receive. They are set to receive all mail every 2 to 5 minutes and
when exiting. Has anybody experience this? What are your suggestions?

What sort of mail accounts do these users have?
