Users can see some Enterprise Resources in the Pool... but resources are missing

I created the enterprise resources pool for our program in Project
Server. All resources are within the same RBS. Nothing fancy. There
are 35 resources.

I can see all 35 resources.
Everyone else is only seeing only 6 of the 35 resources.
I checked the configuration of all of the records and I do not see a
difference.

Anyone have a suggestion as to where to start? Thanks

Tim --

Assuming the people who can only see 6 resources are all members of the
Project Managers group, have you changed the default permissions in the
Project Managers group? Specifically, have you changed the Permissions for
the My Organization category and the My Projects category within the Project
Managers group? I ask this because the default permissions for the Project
Managers group give access to ALL resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool,
so I suspect you might have changed something. Also, if your PM's are
members of any other Groups, you might try removing them from the other
Groups and leave them in the Project Managers group only. Let us know.
