We are running a 2000 pro SP 4 environment with Outlook 2000 lastest SP.
We are experiencing an issue where some, not all, of our users are unable to
open attachments unless we at least give them power user rights.
Is this an issue that anyone has come across before and if so did you ever
find a fix that did not envolve elevating the user permissions above general
domain user?
