Users can't change Out of Office (Outlook 2007)

I'm in IT Support and several users are not able to change their Out of
Office message via Exchange Server. However, they can do what they need via
webmail. Any ideas why? We've tried running Office 2007 diagnostics and even
re-installing but they don't help.

Hope you can help me. Just installed office 2007. Several of my clients say
they cannot open my email. Should I uninstall and go back to Office 2003?

Please help a novice
