user's folder could not be found

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange hello

WHen i try to open another users inbox that i have permission for, i recieve this error.
if i go to advance add in the full webmail path to the server address i can open the inbox but i dont see the folders within the inbox.
this works fine on outlook 2003

any ideas?
