Users getting incorrect version of PWA Home Page

We have a Project Server 2007 instance running on our SharePoint server. I
have customized the PWA Home Page by removing the default Project Workspaces
Web Part and adding an embedded SSRS Report that allows users to search for
Project Workspaces. However, some users are still seeing the Project
Workspaces Web Part below the embedded Report on the PWA Home Page. As far a
I can tell, no one except Web Administrators has permissions to
customize/edit pages. How is it possible that some users are seeing this odd
version of the PWA Home Page? How do I tell if they have somehow customized
their PWA Home Page and how do I remove all user customized pages?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, we did clear the browser history and the
temporary internet files. I believe I have confirmed that the users who have
the incorrect page display must have personalized their Home page sometime
before I removed their permission to do so. I assumed that removing the
permission to personalize pages would also remove the personalized page, but
now I think that is not the case. How can I ensure that only the version of
a page edited and published by a Web Administrator is being delivered to
users even though they may have personalized the page in the past (or is that
possible)?
