users modifying data

I work in a enterprise developing a database with ACCESS.
This database will be used by different departments and
users at the same time. This users will look for the data,
they will consult them and modify them.

It is possible to design a database with ACCESS in which
very users can modify and consult the same data at the
same time?

Yes since Access database is a file sharing database. However, you will
need to split your database aplication to Front-End and / Back-End.
